About your mom, she told me that she was "going to get around to checking out the family blog..."
She could have read half of the posts in the time it took her to say that. I have gotten the same type of excuses from other "older" relatives and maybe from DrMark.
It was such a "teeth pulling" chore to just get them to look at the blog, I guess getting comments posted is still a stretch.
Yet, as an indomitable optimist - I will focus on the positive strides, like Anne posting now and the increasing website hits.
I assumed the men in the family would all be interested, yet even my football nut brother hasn't taken the 2 seconds to post a comment saying such. I figured that we could easily get 10 people at say a friendly $5 a week. Maybe I will have to extend special invitations.
Maybe I will count the men all in and assess the $5 whether they participate or not. For instance, I owe my father $35 right now. I will tell him that he is in for the first 7 weeks already.
So then so far we officially have 3, DanL, Maureen, and UJohn.
